ONE

One life. One frame. One picture. 111 stories

Families, singles, friends, celebrities and ordinary people; people who play with fire and people who put out the fire; scientists and creatives, puppets and burlesque, dancers and rugby players, musicians, writers, objects from the past and projects for the future.

A cross section of society, inside and around a frame, to snoop around and inside today’s life.

Each shot is from the same point of view and still each picture is something unique and original, thanks to the objects that represent us, the things and the people we love, that define us.

We have just put them in a frame. To tell the stories of those people who, every day, try to make their lives extraordinary.

ONE is a project born inside and around a big frame. A precious one, just like in the old times. That kind of frame made to contain important portraits and stories to be told. And which story deserves to be told more than the story of our life? Even the most ordinary lives can reveal unexpected and original colors.

In less than 8 months, the frame gave hospitality to 356 people, 8 dogs, 3 cats, a Zoo, 4 babies, 1.354 cans of beer, 23 cases, 2 whips, 3 bicycles, 12 old records, 45 dolls, a clown and people even more crazy, but also serious professionals.

The project has developed through the shares on Facebook only, creating a growing and viral demand to be “hanged on the wall”,

with more than 2000 contacts.

The frame gives us a cross section of society, and it allows us to paint a picture of the situation, through families, singles, friends, celebities and ordinary people.

The frame becomes a place to express ourselves, a challenge to choose few simple objects which summarize us and our lives. A fascinating work of synthesis, a pursuit for priorities. Moreover, the frame is the possibility to choose what we want to be remembered for.

ONE. One life. One frame. One picture. 111 stories.
